James R. Wilharm is the founder and principal member of Alliance Realty Management. Jim has 24 years of real estate sales, property management and financial planning experience. His previous experience includes 15 years as vice president and trust real estate department manager for Mellon Bank, now Mellon Financial.

Jim obtained his real estate sales person license in 1976 and his real estate broker's license in 1983. He is a member of the National, Pennsylvania and Local (RAMP)association of Realtors©, a member of the West Penn Multi-list and a candidate member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
